We are actively seeking customer-focused, bilingual Italian speakers to become part of our diverse, international team located in Lisbon. As an ambassador for top-tier worldwide brands, you will support Italian-speaking customers by managing inbound communications through telephone, live chat, and email platforms. This role is tailor-made for dynamic, problem-solving candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction : Handle incoming service requests from Italian consumers across voice, messaging, and email channels, upholding rigorous standards of professionalism and politeness.
• Issue Resolution : Investigate client issues, diagnose core difficulties, and deliver tailored, effective remediation plans.
• System Logging : Keep accurate, up-to-date documentation of all user interactions, case updates, and solutions inside internal CRM platforms.
• Performance Goals : Consistently achieve operational targets, including satisfaction scores, First Contact Resolution rates, and average handle times.
• Ongoing Learning : Attend continuous training programs to remain informed about product updates, company policies, and daily workflow procedures.

Qualifications

• Italian Language : Native-level or advanced command (C1/C2) in written and spoken Italian.
• English Competency : Minimum B2 proficiency to facilitate internal communications, system training, and cross-team collaboration.
• Schedule Flexibility : Capacity to adjust to a flexible, 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
• On-Site Requirement : Consistent, daily physical attendance at our Lisbon office location.
• Work Authorization : EU/EEA citizenship, a valid European passport, or legal documentation granting unconditional right to work in Portugal.
• Key Attributes : Exceptional communication skills, sharp active listening, composure under pressure, and a dedicated, proactive mindset.

Compensation Models

Option 1: Local Resident Package

• Base Pay : €1,262.33 gross per month (12-month payment structure)
• Ideal For : Individuals already residing in the Lisbon area or those wishing to manage their personal housing arrangements independently

Option 2: Relocation Support Package

• Base Pay : €1,059.00 gross per month (12-month payment structure)
• Accommodation : A private bedroom within a shared, company-arranged apartment with all utility bills included
• Travel Benefits : Full reimbursement of flight costs following probation, plus complimentary airport pickup upon arrival
