Job Description
Trade your current city for a fresh start in Lisbon — with full relocation support to make the move easy. We're looking for a dedicated Italian-Speaking Customer Support Advisor to join an international support team, delivering an excellent experience to Italian-speaking customers across every channel they reach out on.
You'll be working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment where clear communication and sharp problem-solving are what set you apart. Requirements
Critical Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian language proficiency (C1/C2 level)
- Professional proficiency in English (C1 level or higher)
- Valid EU citizenship with the legal right to work within the European Union
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
Important Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn internal systems
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a customer support or call center environment
- Experience with CRM software or ticketing systems
