Ukrainian Speaking Customer Advisor (on-site)

In this engaging position, you will serve as a vital frontline point of contact for users of a leading global social media platform, playing a key part in ensuring our worldwide community remains safe, well-assisted, and effortlessly connected.

Key Responsibilities

• User Assistance: Deliver high-quality assistance to Ukrainian-speaking users via real-time messaging and email, effectively addressing account login problems, privacy setting adjustments, and general platform inquiries.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical glitches, system bugs, and complicated profile issues to maintain a smooth, reliable, and user-friendly platform experience.
• Community Safety: Educate users on platform policies and standards to foster a secure space, actively promoting online safety and respectful interactions throughout the network.
• Service Excellence: Process and resolve user tickets in a timely manner, displaying genuine empathy and professionalism while consistently meeting internal performance targets and quality metrics.

Candidate Profile

• Language Proficiency: Complete native or fluent proficiency in Ukrainian, combined with working English skills (minimum B2 level) for team collaboration, administrative updates, and training sessions.
• Work Authorization: Currently residing in Lisbon or prepared to relocate, holding valid EU citizenship, a legal Portuguese residency permit, or official temporary protection/refugee status.
• Experience: Background in customer service is a plus but not required, as all successful candidates complete a comprehensive, fully paid training program before beginning work.
• Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with organized, rotating shift schedules.

Compensation & Schedule

• Gross Salary: An attractive monthly base pay of €1,237 gross, distributed over 12 standard annual pay periods.
• Hours: Full-time arrangement of 40 hours per week, structured as 5 workdays followed by 2 consecutive rest days.
• Shift Breakdown: Standard 8-hour daily shifts that include a required 1-hour meal and break interval.
• Work Window: Rotating roster operating 7 days per week (Monday through Sunday) with shifts falling between 07:00 and 00:00.
