Technical Customer Support Representative | Lisbon, Portugal

Are you tech-savvy, curious about AI, and enjoy helping people solve problems?
We're looking for an English-speaking Technical Customer Support Representative to join a customer support team in Lisbon, Portugal .
This role is a great fit for candidates who have experience in tech support, IT-related customer service , or simply have a strong interest in technology and enthusiasm for AI and digital tools .
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Schedule: Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00
Working Days: 5 days per week, with 2 rotating days off
Work Model: On-site
Relocation: No relocation support provided
What you'll do
- Assist customers with technical and product-related questions
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through solutions
- Provide support through customer service channels
- Explain technical information in a clear and user-friendly way
- Identify and escalate more complex issues when necessary
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
What we're looking for
- Good command of English
- Previous experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, IT Support , or a related field is a plus
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools
- Genuine interest in technology and AI
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working rotating shifts
- Able to work on-site in Lisbon
- Already based in Portugal or able to arrange relocation independently , as relocation support is not available
