The Role B2B Advertiser Support: Provide dedicated assistance to SMB owners and digital marketers using advanced social media and photo-sharing ad products. Multichannel Communication: Engage with corporate clients through a mix of live chat, professional emails, and proactive outbound phone consultations. Troubleshooting & Optimization: Resolve ad delivery issues, campaign delivery bottlenecks, payment discrepancies, and technical policy flags to maximize customer satisfaction. Trend Identification: Analyze ad account performance metrics to spot recurring challenges and identify trends among multiple SMB portfolios. Product Guidance: Educate clients on newly launched advertising tools, target audience configurations, and budget optimization strategies to enhance their overall marketing return on investment (ROI). Working Model & Location Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Work Model: Full-time, 100% on-site role based in a state-of-the-art, high-tech corporate office hub.
