Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical support and consultative guidance to French-speaking retail clients running digital advertising campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Analyse and troubleshoot ad delivery issues, pixel implementation problems, and product feed errors specific to retail e-commerce and in-store promotion campaigns.
• Support French-speaking retail partners in onboarding and optimising digital ad products, including shopping ads, dynamic product ads, and local inventory promotions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and account management teams to escalate and resolve technical issues impacting retail advertising performance.
• Educate retail clients on best practices for digital ad product usage, helping them maximise return on ad spend across both their online stores and physical retail locations.
• Monitor campaign performance data, identify trends within the retail sector, and proactively communicate actionable insights to French-speaking clients and internal stakeholders.
• Document recurring technical issues and contribute to the development of knowledge-base articles, FAQs, and training materials tailored to the retail advertising ecosystem.
• Stay current with evolving digital advertising technologies, retail media trends, and platform updates to deliver best-in-class support to French-speaking retail partners.

Requirements

• Native or fluent French language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role — all client communication will be conducted in French.
• Valid EU passport or appropriate authorisation to work within the European Union (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms, product feed management, and retail-focused ad technologies such as shopping campaigns or dynamic product ads.
• Prior experience in a technical support, digital marketing, or product specialist role — ideally within the online or offline retail industry — is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for retail clients.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with a client-centric approach and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and professional manner.
