We are looking for Paid Advertising Specialist  to join our Marketing team .

Your main tasks will be:

• Own the end-to-end planning, launch, management and scaling of paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and TikTok for portfolio of dating products.
• Develop paid media strategies for worldwide campaigns, including Tier-1 markets, and allocate budgets across products, countries, audiences and platforms.
• Manage monthly advertising budgets of USD 100K+ while maintaining agreed acquisition efficiency and budget pacing.
• Continuously optimize campaigns toward customer acquisition, paid subscription, revenue, CAC and ROAS targets across mobile apps, mobile web and desktop.
• Build and execute a structured testing roadmap covering audiences, bidding strategies, placements, creatives, offers and landing pages.
• Analyze campaign and conversion-funnel performance, identify growth opportunities and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, product and localization teams to develop market-specific advertising strategies and assets.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution and reporting across advertising and analytics platforms."

We expect from you:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record of launching, scaling, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across mobile apps, mobile web, and desktop.
• Experience running global user acquisition campaigns across multiple markets, including Tier-1 regions (US, Canada, UK, Australia, Western Europe).
• Strong understanding of geo-specific campaign strategies, localization, audience behavior, and budget allocation.
• Expertise in campaign structure, audience segmentation, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and creative A/B testing.
• Advanced knowledge of key performance marketing metrics, including ROAS, CPA/CAC, CPI, CPM, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
• Experience managing large advertising budgets, including forecasting, pacing, optimization, and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for campaign analysis and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics tools, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, and Adjust.
