In this role, you will act as a strategic consultant for business owners and agency partners, helping them optimize their digital ad campaigns on the world's most prominent social media and search networks.

The Role

• B2B Strategy & Consultation: Act as a dedicated advisor for small-to-medium businesses (SMBs) in the Turkish market, helping them design, deploy, and scale high-performing digital ad campaigns.
• Campaign Optimization: Analyze live campaign performance metrics (including CTR, CPC, ROI, and conversion tracking) to offer technical troubleshooting and budget re-allocation advice.
• Multichannel Support: Connect with corporate clients via live chat, professional email queues, and structured outbound phone consultations.
• Product Education: Guide advertisers through complex software features, audience targeting configurations, pixel implementations, and policy compliance guidelines.
• Trend Analysis: Identify recurring platform challenges or market opportunities across your client portfolio to improve localized advertising strategies.

Working Model & Location

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
• Work Model: Full-time, 100% on-site role based in a state-of-the-art, high-tech corporate office hub.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or Near-Native Turkish with a solid professional command of English (B2 or higher) for training and global company frameworks.

• Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal .
• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication skills, business acumen, confidence making outbound consultative calls, and an empathetic approach to small business struggles.
• Experience: Prior experience in digital marketing, sales, customer support, or e-commerce is highly valued but not strictly mandatory.
