Turkish-Speaking Travel Customer Support Specialist

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Turkish-speaking Travel Customer Support Specialists for a world-renowned online travel platform based in Lisbon, Portugal. If you’re passionate about travel and enjoy helping people, this is an exciting opportunity to join an international team supporting customers with their travel bookings and reservations. You’ll provide exceptional service while assisting travelers before, during, and after their trips. Training is conducted on-site in Lisbon. Following the onboarding period, a hybrid working model may be available based on individual performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via phone and email in Turkish and English
• Assist customers with hotel, flight, and travel reservation inquiries
• Help customers modify, cancel, or manage existing bookings
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering an outstanding service experience
• Provide accurate information about travel products, policies, and services
• Build positive customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication
• Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve quality and customer satisfaction targets

Qualifications:

• Native-level fluency in Turkish
• Good command of English
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
