Turkish-Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Travel (Lisbon)

Join a Travel account in Lisbon, Portugal as a Turkish-speaking Customer Support Specialist.
You'll help travellers with bookings and general trip support.
Work model: On-Site.
Start date: 02/Oct/26.
In this role, you'll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and escalate more complex cases to the right team when needed.
We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Turkish and are comfortable working in English day to day.
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
You can expect thorough initial training, continuous coaching from your team lead, and a clear path for career progression over time.
