Supporting a world-leading developer of advanced artificial intelligence and generative AI technologies, you will provide front-line user care, account assistance, and technical guidance to both individual consumers and corporate business clients across the globe.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Support consumers and business users across multiple digital communication channels (phone, chat, email, and web tickets).
  
• Resolve customer inquiries concerning subscriptions, billing, invoicing, and account access management.
  
• Troubleshoot platform glitches, account authentication errors, and generative AI feature issues.
  
• Guide users on how to effectively prompt, utilize, and maximize feature adoption across AI software platforms.
  
• Deliver accurate, empathetic, and high-quality resolutions while meeting operational quality metrics.
  

Your Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Complete fluency in English (written and verbal).
  
• Tech Affinity: A strong interest in artificial intelligence, generative AI tools, and emerging tech platforms.
  
• Core Skills: Excellent written communication, logical troubleshooting abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
  
• Flexibility: Comfortable working full-time on a 24/7 rotating shift framework in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Experience (Plus): Previous experience in customer service, contact centers, or technical support is an advantage.
  

Shifts & Working Hours

• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
  
• Working Window: 24/7 rotational shift framework (Individual shift schedules are published 10 days in advance to support personal planning and work-life balance).
  

Salary, Bonuses & Benefits

• Base Salary Package: €1,248 Gross per month (calculated on a 12-month basis, including integrated meal allowances).
  
• Performance Bonus: Monthly performance incentives of up to €200 .
