Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist on a Medical Devices Project , you’ll be responsible for supporting customers with a range of product and service-related requests. You’ll assist with product information, orders, accounts, deliveries, and general inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other digital channels. Your goal will be to provide clear, accurate, and timely assistance while ensuring a professional and positive customer experience for a leading healthcare brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, friendly, and empathetic customer assistance through phone, email, chat, and other digital communication channels.
• Support customers with questions related to medical devices, products, orders, deliveries, accounts, and services.
• Provide clear and accurate information while following company policies, procedures, and established guidelines.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, escalating technical or complex cases to the relevant teams when required.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal departments to investigate and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Maintain high standards of service quality, accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Follow all applicable procedures and requirements when handling medical device-related inquiries.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, internal processes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards through continuous training and development.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (C1 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
