Role Overview:

As a Travel   Customer Support for the Travel Project, you will assist customers throughout every stage of their journey. From handling bookings and itinerary modifications to answering travel-related questions and resolving service issues, your goal will be to provide reliable assistance and ensure a seamless and positive travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other digital communication channels.
• Assist customers with bookings, reservation modifications, cancellations, and other travel-related requests.
• Deliver clear and accurate information regarding flights, accommodation, transportation options, travel policies, and additional services.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer cases in accordance with company procedures and escalate complex situations to the appropriate teams when required.
• Accurately document customer interactions, actions taken, and case resolutions using internal systems.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Stay up to date with travel products, company policies, procedures, and industry developments through continuous training.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and travel partners to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
