Location: Porto, Portugal Role: Dutch Customer Service Specialist – Medical DevicesSalary package: 20,887 EUR gross p/a plus meal allowance€1,100 gross per month (14 payments per year) €150 gross fixed bonus per month  (11 payments per year)Approx. €167 net meal allowance per month (11 payments per year)€166 gross p/m welcome bonus (12 payments a year)Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Sunday, 24x 7 (rotative shifts, sometimes but not often a night shift)Relocation package:Furnished room in a shared apartment for up to 12 monthsUtilities includedSubsidised rent, deducted directly from salaryAbout the RoleJoin a global leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technology that designs and manufactures advanced automated insulin delivery systems. These products reduce the daily burden of diabetes management while creating new possibilities for patients, their families, and healthcare providers.As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist, you will provide empathetic, accurate, and regulatory-compliant support to patients and healthcare professionals using innovative diabetes care solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver customer care and technical assistance for medical devices across European marketsSupport patients with product usage through phone, email, chat, and SMSProvide troubleshooting and technical guidance for medical diabetes devices and accessoriesManage order intake, renewals, and documentation in line with company proceduresApply active listening and empathy when supporting patients in sensitive situationsFollow defined procedures, scripts, and compliance standards to ensure patient safety

Requirements

Fluent Dutch and EnglishAbility to support multiple markets simultaneouslyStrong customer service orientation with excellent communication skillsHigh problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and attention to detailAbility to handle disputes, emergencies, and stressful situations with professionalismActive listening and empathy in every interactionBackground in healthcare, technical support, or knowledge of diabetes/medical devices is a plusProven ability to retain and manage large amounts of information
