These products reduce the daily burden of diabetes management while creating new possibilities for patients, their families, and healthcare providers.As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist, you will provide empathetic, accurate, and regulatory-compliant support to patients and healthcare professionals using innovative diabetes care solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver customer care and technical assistance for medical devices across European marketsSupport patients with product usage through phone, email, chat, and SMSProvide troubleshooting and technical guidance for medical diabetes devices and accessoriesManage order intake, renewals, and documentation in line with company proceduresApply active listening and empathy when supporting patients in sensitive situationsFollow defined procedures, scripts, and compliance standards to ensure patient safety

Requirements

Fluent Dutch and EnglishAbility to support multiple markets simultaneouslyStrong customer service orientation with excellent communication skillsHigh problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and attention to detailAbility to handle disputes, emergencies, and stressful situations with professionalismActive listening and empathy in every interactionBackground in healthcare, technical support, or knowledge of diabetes/medical devices is a plusProven ability to retain and manage large amounts of information
