Triangle Solutions, a multinational company specializing in Human Resources Management, is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for the Dutch Market for a prestigious client located in Porto.

Description:

• Customer support and assistance including:
  • Assist customers via multiple channels in English and Dutch;
  • Identify customer needs;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, providing clear solutions and guidance;
  • Back-office tasks.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in Dutch language (level C1+);
• Intermediate English proficiency (B2+) written and oral;
• Willingness to work in the office for the first 6 months, after which a hybrid model will be implemented;
• Ability to work shifts Monday-Sunday between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM;
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening;
• Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience – you believe that customers deserve more than just support.

Schedule:

• Shifts Monday-Sunday between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM;
