Procuramos um/a Head of Accounting & Tax para liderar e supervisionar as operações financeiras e fiscais, assegurando o cumprimento das normas contabilísticas e legais. Este papel será fundamental na gestão e otimização dos processos financeiros no setor imobiliário.
Principais responsabilidades
- Gerir, supervisionar e assinar todas as operações contabilísticas e fiscais da empresa;
- Garantir o cumprimento das normas legais e regulatórias aplicáveis à contabilidade e fiscalidade;
- Preparar e analisar relatórios financeiros mensais, trimestrais e anuais;
- Identificar oportunidades de otimização fiscal e implementar melhorias nos processos financeiros;
- Assegurar a integração e conformidade com as políticas financeiras da organização;
- Colaborar com outras equipas para fornecer informações financeiras estratégicas.
Perfil desejado
- Licenciatura em Contabilidade, Gestão, Economia ou área similar;
- Certificação como Contabilista Certificado/a em Portugal (OCC) - Eliminatório;
- Experiência prévia mínima de 8 anos em funções similares;
- Domínio de SNC e IFRS (eliminatório) e conhecimentos de US GAAP (preferencial);
- Domínio de Excel (eliminatório) e facilidade de adaptação a diferentes ERP's (valorizado Primavera e Microsoft Dynamics);
- Inglês fluente (eliminatório);
- Conhecimentos de Espanhol (preferencial);
- Capacidade de análise e atenção ao detalhe;
- Competências de comunicação e organização;
- Elevado sentido de responsabilidade e rigor.
