Lead the Data and Reporting Services function, ensuring the delivery of accurate, reliable, and scalable services across the organization. Drive operational excellence, automation, governance, and continuous improvement while leading high-performing teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
Description
- Lead Data and Reporting Services teams and activities;
- Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable reporting delivery;
- Drive data quality, governance, and operational control;
- Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service performance;
- Lead automation and process improvement initiatives;
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships across the business;
- Support strategic decision-making through data and reporting capabilities.
Profile
- Significant experience in Data Management, Reporting, or Operations;
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams;
- Strong understanding of data governance and reporting processes;
- Experience driving transformation and automation initiatives;
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
