CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Finnish-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a role based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Your Role:
- Provide support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a professional and helpful customer experience
- Assist customers with account-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and platform navigation
Your Qualifications:
- Fluent Finnish (C1/C2) with good English skills
- Previous experience in customer support or service roles is an advantage

- Salary: 1,159.32 € with room / 1,484.82 € without room
