Polish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist | E-Commerce Platform

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Polish-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an international e-commerce platform. If you’re passionate about online shopping, digital platforms, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic international team. You’ll support users with their marketplace experience, assisting buyers, sellers, and content creators with order-related inquiries while ensuring fast, professional, and effective resolutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via inbound and outbound calls in Polish and English
• Assist buyers, sellers, and creators with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and platform services
• Investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing order and logistics information
• Handle customer requests within established quality standards and service level agreements
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when required
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed case records
• Deliver a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused experience throughout every interaction
• Stay up to date with platform features, policies, and e-commerce best practices

Qualifications:

• Native-level fluency in Polish
• Good command of English
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong empathy and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to make sound decisions while working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling high contact volumes during promotional campaigns and peak seasons
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Relocation:
Relocation support included: Accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary. Inside Portugal - only available if candidates are coming directly from a competitor. Reimbursement of flight ticket on the 6th month of work, up to 400EUR. Health Insurance since day 1 for small amount, free after 6 months
