Estamos a recrutar 2 Operations Manager para integrar um grupo líder no setor da saúde visual em África Ocidental, com operações consolidadas na Gâmbia e no Senegal .
Esta é uma oportunidade para profissionais com experiência no setor ótico que pretendam assumir um papel de liderança, com elevada autonomia e responsabilidade operacional.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Garantir o desempenho operacional de uma rede de 5 lojas.
- Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar uma equipa de Supervisores/Gerentes de Loja .
- Assegurar o cumprimento dos processos, standards operacionais e políticas de serviço ao cliente.
- Implementar ações de formação e desenvolvimento das equipas.
- Monitorizar indicadores de negócio e promover a melhoria contínua dos resultados.
- Realizar visitas regulares às lojas distribuídas pelo país.
- Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a Direção-Geral local.
Perfil Procurado
- Formação superior em Optometria (preferencial).
- Serão igualmente considerados profissionais com formação técnica em Ótica Ocular e experiência relevante no setor.
- Experiência na gestão de equipas e operações multi-loja.
- Forte orientação comercial e foco no cliente.
- Capacidade de liderança, coaching e desenvolvimento de equipas.
- Elevada autonomia, maturidade e capacidade de adaptação a contextos internacionais.
- Disponibilidade para residência na Gâmbia ou Senegal.

- Inglês fluente (obrigatório).
Senegal
- Francês fluente (obrigatório).
Profissionais com domínio de inglês e francês serão particularmente valorizados.
Oferta
- Contrato sem termo.
- Salário Bruto entre 3000,00 - 5000,00
- Alojamento totalmente suportado pela empresa.
- Viatura e combustível.
- Despesas de água e eletricidade incluídas.
- Formação inicial em Portugal e onboarding local.
