Your Purpose

As Housekeeping Manager, you elevate the everyday. You lead with intention, ensuring that every room, space, and touchpoint reflects the JNcQUOI House signature—refined, warm, and meticulously cared for. You inspire your team, shape flawless operations, and safeguard the quality that defines our brand.

Responsabilities

• Guide, mentor, and develop the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of pride, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Plan staffing needs, schedules, and team structures aligned with the pace of the operation.
• Ensure all rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement improvement plans to maintain our signature consistency.
• Oversee linen, amenities, and equipment management with accuracy and efficiency.
• Implement effective workflows and SOPs that elevate productivity and guest satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, inventory controls, and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, and F&B to guarantee seamless day-to-day execution.
• Uphold all hygiene, health, and safety standards for guests and team members.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
• Work closely with Guest Relations to personalize service through thoughtful room presentation and attention to detail.
• Act quickly and elegantly to resolve guest needs and special requests.
