Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Delivery Manager in Lisbon who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about
• Manage end-to-end service delivery, overseeing service requests and evolutionary project demands for the DDP area.
• Ensure accurate logging, structured tracking, and effective prioritization of all incoming service and project requests.
• Identify and resolve resource and request dependencies or collisions to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate and execute the formal delivery and deployment of requests across all development, testing, and production environments.
• Actively resolve conflicts, facilitate clear communication among teams, and proactively drive service delivery forward.
What we are looking for
• 4+ years of experience in software development lifecycles, with practical knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience using core collaboration and project management tools, including Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Practical familiarity with enterprise IT service management (ITSM) platforms, specifically HPSM (HP Service Manager).
• Basic knowledge of distributed software systems, mainframe environments, and general software lifecycle management is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
