Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist for the E-Commerce Project, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them throughout their online shopping experience. From answering questions about products and orders to resolving payment, delivery, return, and refund issues, you will help ensure every customer receives timely, professional, and effective support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other digital communication channels.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, payments, deliveries, cancellations, returns, refunds, and account-related requests.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, promotions, shipping options, marketplace policies, and available services.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Investigate order-related issues and provide practical, solution-focused assistance to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, actions taken, and case resolutions within internal systems.
• Escalate complex, sensitive, or high-priority cases to the appropriate teams in accordance with established procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments, logistics partners, and other relevant teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
• Meet established performance targets related to quality, productivity, response times, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Proficiency in  Spanish (C1/C2)and  English (B2) .
• Eligibility:   EU citizenship or a valid  Portuguese residency card .
• Experience: 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Mindset: Objective, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
