Your Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in both Spanish and English.
• Assist users with enquiries related to digital advertising products and services.
• Help resolve issues while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Apply your knowledge of social media and digital advertising to support customers.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience in an international environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Experience in digital marketing or paid advertising campaign management.
• Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service programme related to advertising technology.
• Familiarity with social media products and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
• A degree in Marketing or a related field is an advantage.

Working Schedule

• Initial schedule: Monday to Sunday, with shifts from 07:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00.
• Future schedule: May transition to 24/7 rotational shifts, with two rotating days off.

Important Information

• The position is based on-site in Lisbon.
• Relocation support is not provided.
• Candidates should be prepared for a possible future change in shift patterns.
