Your role
- Handle customer enquiries in Spanish
- Provide information and resolve customer issues
- Deliver a positive customer experience
What we offer
- On-site position in Lisbon
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
- Part-time (20 hours/week): Monday–Friday, 9 AM–1 PM
- Part-time (30 hours/week): Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM
What we're looking for
- Spanish language proficiency
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work on-site in Lisbon
