Role: Customer Advisor – Turkish Speaker

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (100% On-Site; no remote setups or relocation packages offered)

Eligibility: Must currently reside in Portugal with valid, full-time local work authorization

Experience: Entry-level (Comprehensive paid training provided; customer support or digital media experience is a plus)

Position Overview

Join our Lisbon team as a Turkish-speaking Customer Advisor representing a world-leading social media and technology brand. Serving as a dedicated consultant for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), you will guide clients through social commerce and advertising solutions to help them grow their online presence, optimize ad spend, and resolve technical issues.

Primary Responsibilities

• Multichannel Communication: Deliver professional customer care via chat, email, and inbound/outbound phone interactions.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot pre- and post-launch ad performance issues, billing disputes, account settings, and technical glitches.
• Merchant Education: Coach business clients on platform tools to empower them to manage campaigns independently.
• Product Insights: Identify recurring software bugs or customer feedback trends and route them to product engineering teams.
• Record Keeping: Maintain precise interaction logs in the CRM system in full compliance with data privacy standards.

Candidate Profile

Core Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent spoken and written Turkish, plus B2+ level English for software tools, internal communications, and training.
• Location & Rights: Current physical residence in Portugal with full legal entitlement to work on-site in Lisbon.
• Digital Literacy: Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple browser tabs, CRM tools, and chat software simultaneously.
• Shift Flexibility: Adaptability to work rotational shift schedules, including potential weekend shifts.

Preferred Criteria:

• Prior experience in contact centers, customer service, or digital advertising is beneficial, though fast learners with high empathy are encouraged to apply.
