Position: Hebrew-Speaking Customer Experience Advisor
Location: On-site (Lisbon, Portugal)
Contract & Hours: Full-time, permanent position
Experience: Entry-level ( customer service background preferred, but full paid training is provided)
Overview
Ready to build your career in Europe's growing tech hub? We are hiring customer-centric Hebrew speakers to support a global leader in digital platforms, ad network solutions, and social media tools. Operating from Lisbon, you will serve as the primary contact for Hebrew-speaking commercial clients and consumers, resolving technical issues and delivering support.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Assist users and commercial accounts via chat, email, and phone with platform navigation, account setups, and ad features.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues, guide users through step-by-step solutions, and escalate advanced cases to specialized tech teams.
- Target Achievement: Meet quality benchmarks and CSAT metrics through timely, accurate service delivery.
- Platform Guidance: Provide strategic recommendations on account security, tool adoption, and ad setup optimization.
- Continuous Learning: Attend routine training modules to remain current on software updates, feature rollouts, and operational workflows.
Minimum Requirements & Eligibility
- Language Capabilities: Fluent Hebrew (written and spoken); minimum B2 English proficiency for internal comms and software usage.
- Work Authorization: EU/EEA/Swiss citizenship or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit ( Título de Residência ) permitting full-time work (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Digital Literacy & Soft Skills: Tech-savvy with high empathy, strong listening abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Compensation & Packages
- Option 1: Local Package (Current Residents)
- Base Salary: €1,767 gross monthly (12 payments/year)
- Incentives: Monthly performance bonuses + daily meal allowance
- Option 2: Relocation Package (Moving to Lisbon)
- Base Salary: €1,478.16 gross monthly
- Housing: Dedicated private room in a shared company apartment with all utility bills covered
- Travel: Flight ticket to Lisbon provided + airport pickup
- Admin Support: On-the-ground support acquiring NIF, NISS, and local bank account setup
