Your Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
- Work closely with an international team to achieve service goals.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Turkish (C1/C2) .
- English level B2 or higher.
- EU Citizenship or a valid Portuguese Work Permit (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
