Are you fluent in Flemish and English ? Looking for a stable project with great career growth opportunities in an international team? We want to hear from you!
We are looking for customer-oriented team members to join us with a start date of 03/08/2026 .
What We Offer
- Base Salary: €1,400 / month
- Language Bonus: €150 / month
- Performance Bonus: Up to €100 / month
- Working Model: Hybrid (after the first 3 months)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 – 18:00 (No weekend shifts!)
Main Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Handle product and order-related queries effectively
- Manage after-sales support and ensure thorough customer follow-up
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with international teams in a multicultural environment
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent in Flemish (C1/C2) and strong command of English (B2+)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- High adaptability and eagerness to learn
