Como Customer Experience Trainee, vais contribuir para iniciativas de melhoria contínua da jornada do cliente, apoiando projetos que promovem a satisfação, retenção e fidelização. No teu dia a dia, vais: Apoiar projetos e iniciativas de Customer Experience Acompanhar indicadores de satisfação e experiência do cliente Analisar feedback de clientes e identificar oportunidades de melhoria Apoiar a gestão de reclamações e a monitorização dos níveis de serviço Colaborar com equipas como Vendas, Marketing, Logística e After-Sales Contribuir para uma cultura cada vez mais centrada no cliente O que procuramos Recém-licenciado(a) em Gestão, Marketing ou áreas similares Forte orientação para o cliente Interesse por análise de dados e métricas de experiência Atitude proativa e foco na resolução de problemas Boa capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita Pensamento analítico e atenção ao detalhe Bons conhecimentos de português e inglês Domínio das ferramentas Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint e Word) Familiaridade com ferramentas digitais (conhecimentos de Qualtrics serão valorizados) O que oferecemos Estágio profissional remunerado com duração de 12 meses, acrescido de subsídio de refeição em cartão e subsídio de transporte Dia de aniversário Café e fruta gratuitos no local de trabalho Momentos de convívio entre colegas Parcerias com empresas de bem-estar Integração numa empresa multinacional, líder de mercado e orientada para a sustentabilidade Candidata-te agora e dá o primeiro passo na tua carreira connosco.
