Do you want the invoicing and service delivery job where the analysis is actually read?

You will support the day-to-day running of a NATO training and academy business in Oeiras — quarterly invoicing that has to be right, pricing and cost analysis that feeds real decisions, and the ServiceNow and reporting work that keeps it all traceable.

What you will be doing

• Generating the quarterly reporting and working with finance staff so quarterly invoices are accurate and on time
• Processing daily EBA activity — purchase requisitions, OLA PRs, travel requests
• Preparing and supporting price proposals, operational level agreements and service support training agreements

• Supporting product cost analysis, pricing, and CAPEX and OPEX estimation, planning and monitoring
• Managing daily ServiceNow activity: service task structures, resource plans, timecard processing
• Leading bi-weekly service delivery coordination meetings and acting as the customer focal point

What you will need

• A bachelor's degree, or at least ten years of progressive expertise in this kind of work instead
• Project management or service delivery management experience, including resource management — people, budgets, time
• Strong analytical skills in advanced Excel, Power BI and Tableau, and the ability to turn data into something a decision-maker can use

• Experience of pricing estimation and proposal development
• A track record in customer-facing roles and customer relationship management
• In-depth knowledge of project management tools

Worth knowing before you apply

• Full time on-site in Oeiras, in a normal office environment, with the possibility of short deployments
• The scope is 600 hours from 9 September to 31 December 2026 — a defined piece of work, not an open-ended engagement

• An active security clearance is required for this role
