Norwegian Customer Support Specialist

We are currently hiring Customer Support Specialists to join an international team in Portugal. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring a positive experience for customers across multiple communication channels.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment while developing your customer service and communication skills.
What You Will Do
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian language
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Escalate complex issues when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Deliver a positive customer experience
Requirements
- Norwegian communication skills required
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service or support experience is a plus
