Nous recrutons des Customer Support Specialists Francophones (Remote) basés à Lisbonne , pour accompagner les clients d'une entreprise technologique internationale reconnue pour ses produits innovants et son expérience client premium.
Votre mission ? Assister les clients dans la résolution de leurs questions techniques ou liées à leurs produits, les accompagner avec empathie et professionnalisme, et leur offrir une expérience fluide et personnalisée à chaque interaction.
Au quotidien, vous serez le point de contact privilégié des utilisateurs, en répondant à leurs demandes par téléphone, email ou chat, tout en évoluant dans un environnement international, dynamique et orienté qualité.

Votre profil :
Français courant (C2)
Anglais B2 minimum
Une première expérience en relation client ou support est un plus
À l'aise avec les outils digitaux et les nouvelles technologies
Excellent sens du service, patience et communication irréprochable
Autonomie, rigueur et capacité à travailler efficacement à distance
Merci de noter que ce poste est ouvert uniquement aux candidats déjà basés à Lisbonne, disposant d'un droit de travail valide au Portugal ou au sein de l'Union européenne.
