International Norwegian-Speaking Customer Support – Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid)
Role Overview

Your Responsibilities
- Multichannel Support: Assist Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Problem Solving: Resolve product-related inquiries, manage orders, and handle general customer questions with a solution-oriented approach.
- Customer Satisfaction: Handle complaints professionally and provide timely resolutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to solve complex cases and ensure a seamless service experience.
- System Management: Keep internal customer records and databases up to date.
Requirements
- Languages: Native or fluent Norwegian (C1/C2) and a good command of English.
- Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, team-player attitude.
- Mindset: Customer-focused with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
The Offer
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00 (Weekends off!).
- Work Model: On-site in Lisbon for the first 3 months, then transitioning to a Hybrid setup.
