Flemish speaking Customer Support Advisor

We're looking for a Dutch/Flemish-speaking Team Leader to join an exciting international project based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Your role:

As a Technical Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Technical Support Advisors while ensuring service excellence and achieving operational KPIs.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating, and coaching a team of Technical Support Advisors;
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring KPIs and quality targets are achieved;
• Conducting regular one-to-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews;
• Supporting the team with complex technical escalations;
• Collaborating with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to drive continuous improvement;
• Creating a positive, customer-focused, and high-performing team environment.

What we're looking for:

• Native or fluent Dutch/Flemish (C1/C2);
• Good command of English;
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a Technical Support environment;
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities;
• Experience working in a KPI-driven environment.
