Customer Support - English

The role is for helping consumers and business users of the client's platform and to provide reactive support across multiple channels, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers with billing and invoicing matters
- Troubleshooting account access issues
- Guiding, supporting, and training customers on the use of the client's products
- Delivering high-quality service that exceeds client expectations and quality scoring measures
- Providing timely, useful responses to customers

Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (C1/C2)
- Empathic and helpful
- Soft-skills for de-escalating situations when needed
- Able to handle sensitive information
- Fast learner capacity and team player
- Willing to work 40 Hours per week on a rotational shift pattern
- Must be locally available in Portugal
- Must be comfortable using digital and AI-based tools
