- Formação inicial;
- Remuneração compatível.
- Atendimento telefónico geral (clientes);
- Recepção e envio de e-mails;
- Tarefas administrativas inerente à função;
- Conhecimentos técnicos das plataformas energias (EDP / Gold Energy - preferencial);
- Conhecimentos avançados em MS Office;
- Conhecimentos dos produtos energias (EDP / Gold Energy - preferencial).
- Formação Académica e Profissional;
- Ensino Secundário ou Cursos Profissionais em áreas relevantes;
- Competências Técnicas;
- Experiência mínima de 6 meses em funções similares ou formação on job com supervisão (preferencial);
- Orientação para o cliente;
- Capacidade de comunicação verbal e não-verbal;
- Capacidade de gestão de tempo e prioridades;
- Capacidade de gestão de expetativas e stress;
- Capacidade de organização e atenção ao detalhe;
- Resiliência;
- Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa.
