Tutte le posizioni prevedono un inizio nel mese di luglio (o anche ad agosto) e rappresentano un'ottima opportunità per vivere un'esperienza internazionale, lavorare in un ambiente multiculturale e costruire una carriera all'estero.

Tutti i progetti con inizio a luglio prevedono un Signing Bonus di 1.500€.

Per tutte le posizioni è previsto un pacchetto di relocation completo , con supporto durante l'intero processo di trasferimento.
Grecia – Full Remote
Per coppie o candidati che desiderano trasferirsi con i propri animali domestici sono disponibili anche posizioni 100% da remoto .
È possibile lavorare da qualsiasi località della Grecia, senza l'obbligo di risiedere in una città specifica.
Mansioni:
Customer Support
- Assistenza clienti tramite telefono, e-mail e chat
- Gestione delle richieste e risoluzione delle problematiche
- Aggiornamento dei sistemi aziendali
- Supporto professionale orientato alla soddisfazione del cliente
Content Moderator
- Revisione e moderazione di contenuti online
- Verifica della conformità alle linee guida della piattaforma
- Individuazione di contenuti non conformi
- Contributo alla sicurezza e alla qualità dell'esperienza degli utenti
Back Office Specialist
- Gestione delle richieste esclusivamente via e-mail
- Elaborazione e verifica di documentazione e dati
- Aggiornamento dei sistemi aziendali
- Supporto ai processi operativi interni

Requisiti
- Italiano fluente o madrelingua
- Inglese di livello B1 o superiore
- Cittadinanza UE oppure autorizzazione valida al lavoro in Europa
- Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali
- Attitudine positiva e orientamento al problem solving
- Disponibilità a iniziare a luglio e, per le posizioni on-site, al trasferimento
Non è richiesta esperienza precedente. Valutiamo principalmente motivazione, capacità di apprendimento e voglia di intraprendere un'esperienza professionale internazionale.
