DUTCH Back Office Support - Airline | Lisbon Oriente - NO SHIFTS! - 3.09 (+BONUS)

Dutch Airline Back Office Lisbon opportunity for Dutch speakers looking for a stable office position with regular working hours. Join the Legal Claims Department of a leading European airline and enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with no shifts and no direct customer service.

• We provide training at the beginning of work, you don’t need to have a previous experience


• Back office job position – you will deal directly with the Airline’s legal department!

• Assess and manage passenger claims related to delays, cancellations and travel disruptions


• Communicate with legal representatives, public authorities and regulatory bodies regarding ongoing cases


• Review supporting documentation and ensure compliance with passenger rights regulations


• Handle complex and escalated cases in a structured and professional manner


• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with passenger rights regulations

• Base salary: 1283 € gross x 12 months (or 1100 € gross x 14 months) – you choose the payment schedule!


• 75€ gross – fixed monthly project bonus


• up to 175€ gross performance bonus


• meal allowance: 7,63€ NET/day (it’s approx. 167,86€ NET/month in a voucher card)


• 166€ gross – EXTRA PROJECT BONUS (part of a total of €2,000 gross paid monthly during the first year of contract!)

• Fixed working time frames: Monday – Friday 08:00- 17:00 (40h per week, 5days per week)


• Full time, renewable employment contract for 6 months (according to the Portuguese law)
