About the Company
Our client is an innovative Supply Chain Technology company that combines AI-powered planning software with specialized consulting services, helping FMCG, Food & Beverage, and Consumer Goods companies optimize their supply chain operations.
Your New Role
As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end demand planning process for a key client, ensuring accurate forecasts and supporting business decision-making. You will also act as the main user and subject matter expert of the planning platform, working closely with both client stakeholders and product engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage demand forecasting and planning activities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to align demand plans.
- Monitor forecast performance and drive continuous improvements.
- Act as the key user and functional owner of the planning platform.
- Support system enhancements by identifying improvement opportunities and testing new functionalities.
- Contribute to the development of planning processes and best practices.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, S&OP, or Supply Chain Planning.
- Experience within FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Goods environments.
- Knowledge of ERP, APS, or Supply Chain Planning tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Portuguese native and fluent English communication skills.
