Dutch Speaker (m/f/d)

Your new role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing support to customers via phone, email and chat
• Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Processing customer orders, requests and complaints
• Maintaining accurate customer records within internal systems
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitoring service requests and following up until resolution
• Contributing to process improvements and service excellence initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• Fluency in Dutch and English (mandatory)
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Contact Centre or a similar customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with CRM systems is considered a plus
