We are recruiting a Procurement Administrative Officer to join a dynamic and international company. Your new role As a Procurement Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for supporting operational procurement activities, ensuring process efficiency and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing the Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order process
• Acting as the first point of contact for international suppliers
• Responding to supplier and stakeholder queries in a timely manner
• Creating and maintaining contracts within the system
• Monitoring purchasing requisitions and purchase orders
• Supporting approval workflows and resolving process discrepancies
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of master data
• Maintaining procurement documentation, forms and price updates
• Providing administrative support to the Procurement team

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 1.5 years of experience in Procurement Administration or a similar role
• Degree in Business, Economics or a related field
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Additional European language skills are a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Customer-oriented and service-driven mindset
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Previous experience with SAP and/or JDE is advantageous
• Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment
