What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Specialist on an AI-focused project, you will review, evaluate, and annotate AI-generated content while ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluate AI-generated responses using detailed quality and annotation guidelines.

• Accurately label and annotate language model outputs with consistency and attention to detail.

• Assess content for quality, relevance, factual accuracy, safety, and policy compliance.

• Apply complex annotation guidelines across a wide range of scenarios and content types.

• Identify inconsistencies, edge cases, and potential issues, escalating them when necessary.

• Review and analyze structured text, language data, and AI-generated content.

• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all project, data security, and quality requirements.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI models through accurate evaluations, annotations, and actionable feedback.

• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve quality processes.

What We're Looking For

Native-level Turkish, both written and spoken

Good command of English (B2 or higher)

Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI evaluation/annotation platforms

Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail

Ability to interpret and consistently apply detailed written guidelines

Strong written communication and reading comprehension

Ability to make objective, evidence-based decisions

Comfortable working independently while maintaining high-quality standards

Customer-service mindset and professional communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:

• AI Data Annotation

• LLM Evaluation

• RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback)

• SFT (Supervised Fine-Tuning)

• Quality Assurance (QA)

• Content Labeling

• Trust & Safety

• Content Moderation

• Data Analysis or similar analytical roles

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: €920 gross/month × 14 payments

• Complexity Bonus: €200 gross/month × 11 payments

• Food Allowance: €7.63 per working day

Work Schedule

• Full-time

• 24/7 rotational shifts

• Monday to Sunday

• 2 rotational days off per week

• On-site in Lisbon

• Flexibility to work across different shifts is required.
