Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy English Customer Support Expert to join an innovative artificial intelligence project in Lisbon.
You will support consumers and business users of a leading generative AI platform, helping them resolve technical, account, and billing-related issues. If you are passionate about technology and enjoy delivering exceptional customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support across multiple channels, including telephone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with billing and invoicing enquiries.
- Troubleshoot account access and login-related issues.
- Guide customers on how to use the client's AI products and services.
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses to customer enquiries.
- Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Deliver high-quality service that exceeds client expectations.
- Stay informed about product updates, procedures, and support guidelines.
Requirements
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, technology, and digital products.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and simply.
- Comfortable providing support by telephone, email, and chat.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
- Availability for rotating shifts within a 24/7 operation.
- Previous customer support or technical support experience is an advantage but not required.
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
Working Conditions
- On-site position in Lisbon.
- Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
- Rotating shifts within a 24/7 operation.
- Work schedules provided in advance.
