What You Will Do In This Role Be in charge of booking management (altering, cancelling, or creating new reservations) Assist clients via inbound/outbound calls and email Help clients with doubts about Flight Club service, VIP Service, and PRM (personal reduced mobility) Deal with claims (strikes, lateness, cancellation, etc.) Provide real‐time, accurate information that empowers customers to make decisions Go beyond customer service expectations to create memorable experiences Listen to customers' unique situations and acknowledge their needs Your Qualifications High level of Spanish (C1) and English (B2) – written and oral Ability to handle complex situations calmly and provide solutions Capacity to manage tasks in a fast‐paced environment Experience with GDS tools such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre (preferred) At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service as a Customer Advisor or travel representative Benefits Competitive salary (base and additional bonuses) Central location in Lisbon, Portugal Bring‐a‐friend referral bonus opportunities Full paid training on the company and project Career development programs Equal Opportunity Statement Concentrix is an equal‐opportunity employer.
