Do you want to build your customer service career in Lisbon? Our client is looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join their international team in Portugal.
Support customers of a leading home appliances brand by handling warranty-related inquiries via phone and email. Enjoy a stable Monday to Friday schedule while working in a dynamic international environment.

Our client is a global provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, specializing in customer service, sales, and technical support. With operations in more than 20 countries, they employ over 130,000 professionals delivering high-quality services for major international brands across diverse industries.
What will you do?
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist customers with appliance warranty renewals
- Answer questions related to warranty coverage
- Support customers with issues regarding home appliances
- Deliver professional and customer-focused service
- Ensure accurate handling of customer cases and follow-up when needed
Candidate profile
- Native or near-native level of Danish (C2)
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge from a user's perspective
- Experience in face-to-face or contact centre customer service is an advantage
- Customer-oriented, adaptable, and dynamic personality
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently
Employer offers

- Monday to Friday working schedule (08:00–17:00)
