Key Job Details

Location: Porto, Portugal — On-site
Salary: €1,000 gross/month × 14 salaries + €7.63 per working day
Working Schedule: Monday to Sunday — 24/7 rotating shifts (5 days/week; 8 hours/day)
Days Off: 2 rotating days per week
Accommodation Support:    For candidates relocating to Porto from outside Portugal , a ccommodation support available in a shared residence, with a convenient contribution deducted from salary.

About the Role

As a French & English-Speaking Customer Support Representative , you will assist customers while ensuring a professional, empathetic, and high-quality customer experience.

You will handle customer inquiries, identify their needs, provide clear and accurate information, and support them in resolving issues effectively. The role requires the ability to manage detailed information and remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging or urgent situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support and respond to a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate, and effective solutions.
• Support more than one market when required.
• Handle customer concerns, disputes, and urgent situations professionally.
• Listen actively and demonstrate empathy when resolving customer issues.
• Manage and retain detailed information accurately.

Requirements

• C1/C2 level French, both written and spoken.
• C1 level English.
• Ability to support more than one market simultaneously.
