About the Role
Are you fluent in French and English and passionate about customer care in the travel sector? We are hiring a dedicated Customer Support Specialist in Porto, Portugal , supporting a leading international Business Travel Platform .
In this role, you will deliver high-quality customer care to business clients and travelers, ensuring smooth trip management and top-tier support from one of Europe's most vibrant coastal cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, professional customer support in French and English to business travelers and corporate clients.
- Assist users with travel bookings, platform navigation, platform inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Deliver timely and effective solutions to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong communication standards in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Languages: Native or fluent French + Business level English (C1) (written and spoken).
- Experience: Mandatory 2 years of experience in a customer service role (preferably within the travel industry).
- Education: Mandatory High School diploma (12th grade or equivalent).
- Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Work Model: Ability to work on-site in Porto, Portugal .
What We Offer
- Salary: €1,000 / month (14 months per year).
- Food Allowance: €167.86 / month .
- Schedule: Fixed Monday to Friday schedule (08:00 – 17:00) with weekends off !
- Relocation Package (From Outside Portugal): Shared accommodation support for up to 12 months (details discussed during the interview; flight tickets not included).
