We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist to join our finance operations team in Porto. This role is designed for a strategic professional who will oversee complex financial processes, ensure compliance, and lead efforts in optimizing Accounts Receivable and revenue cycles. You will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to maintain financial integrity within a global business environment.

Acest rol este destinat unui profesionist strategic care va supraveghea procese financiare complexe, va asigura conformitatea și va conduce eforturile de optimizare a ciclurilor de venituri și creanțe (Accounts Receivable). Veți acționa ca punct principal de contact pentru partenerii de afaceri, utilizându-vă expertiza pentru a menține integritatea financiară într-un mediu de business global.
Job Requirements / Cerințe
- Language: Professional fluency in German and advanced English (C1 level) .
- Experience: 5–7 years in O2C, AR, or Finance Operations, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory capacity.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel/reporting capabilities.
- Competencies: Deep knowledge of financial controls, multi-currency transactions, and excellent stakeholder negotiation skills.
- Citizenship: Must hold EU citizenship and a valid, active passport.
- Limba: Fluență profesională în germană și nivel avansat de engleză (C1) .
- Experiență: 5–7 ani în O2C, AR sau operațiuni financiare, incluzând cel puțin 1 an într-un rol de coordonare sau supervizare.
- Educație: Diplomă de licență sau master în Contabilitate, Finanțe sau Administrarea Afacerilor.
- Competențe tehnice: Experiență practică cu sisteme ERP (SAP, Oracle sau NetSuite) și competențe avansate în Excel și raportare.
- Competențe: Cunoștințe aprofundate de control financiar, tranzacții multi-valută și abilități excelente de negociere cu factorii de decizie.
- Cetățenie: Trebuie să dețineți cetățenie UE și un pașaport valid și activ.
